All of our customer information is restricted to our offices and is primarily stored on our servers, which are kept in a secure environment. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., a customer service representative troubleshooting a customer issue) are granted access to customer information.
We do not share customer information with third parties.
Part II. Information Usage
We will use your information to e-mail you with updates and news, respond to your questions or comments, and to send out catalogs and other information about our products. We will also send out weekly emails letting you know what’s available in the upcoming week’s box.
Out of respect for the privacy of our customers we present the option to opt out of these types of communications by providing an unsubscribe link within all email communication.
We verify the accuracy of your shipping address by referencing a current map program such as Microsoft MapPoint and/or an up to date mapping service such as Google Maps. We verify your Billing Address at the time we process your first order via our Secured Merchant Services Gateway.
Part IV. Access to Information
Users may access their personal information from their account at any time by utilizing the login and password provided to them during their account set-up. In addition, users can update this information from their online account. Users may also contact us during normal business hours regarding any updates to their information.

Welcome to Nature’s Garden Express! We offer a customizable natural and organic produce delivery service that is designed to be automated and totally free of hassle. Additionally we offer an assortment of select natural and organic dry goods, which can be added to your box. Each week we create a fresh, new menu based on what is in season and what is available from our farmers. We always strive to ensure a fresh variety of the finest quality produce.
To order from our website, one must create an account with Nature’s Garden Express. Setting up an account is FREE, and only takes a minute. You must possess a credit card and therefore must be at least 18 years of age to sign up.
During the sign up process, choose one of our four different box types: Fruit, Veggie, Mixed, and Local Only, and then choose the appropriate size that fits your needs. Each type of box comes in four different sizes: Tiny, Small, Medium, And Large.
Please review your custom order, which can be found by logging into your account after receiving your weekly confirmation email.
After submitting your order, your order is complete and your box will arrive on your specified delivery day. Your order history is listed in your account and is available at any time. In our effort to conserve paper and trees, we only print invoices upon request. Your electronic invoice can be found by viewing your order history. Nature’s Garden Express retains the right to add/change box items at the last minute in order to maintain product quality.
Be sure to keep your payment info up to date, notifying us of any changes or updates to your banking info and/or credit card in order to ensure prompt payment. Your account will be charged by our staff the day before your specified delivery day. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account in the event of any problems with payment. Unpaid invoices more than a month old may be sent to a collections agency.
Please place your empty box and freezer pack outside for pick up the day of your next delivery. We try to recycle these materials and will dispose of them when their integrity is compromised. We do however reserve the right to refuse the pick up of boxes/freezer packs containing materials we feel could be hazardous to our employees or to other customers. If you still have a freezer pack and you’ve discontinued service, Nature’s Garden Express will arrange to pick up the remaining items.
Returns should be made by reporting any spoiled or missing items as soon as possible. You may only do this by calling us directly or by contacting us through e-mail. We will never physically accept a box for return. Once the box has been delivered we cannot take it back. When you contact us we will credit your account or replace the items in question. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All invoices are considered accurate after 14 days. After 14 days have passed we will not accept any returns.
Cancel orders not later than 10am the day before delivery. This can be accomplished through your online account or by speaking to someone directly in our office. Cancellation messages will not be accepted, and charges will be placed for that order.
Cancellations after the ordering deadlines are subject to a 100% charge. Our ordering deadlines are as follows:
